Normal ba?

I'm 11 weeks preggy. Normal lang ba na mawala yung pananakit ng dibdib and hindi na sya matigas? Pero minsan itchy yung nipple ko. #firsttimemom

Oo normal yan, mama! Sa 11 weeks kadalian na ng hormones mo kaya parang nag-settle na yung breast tenderness, lalo na kung umuusog na ang first trimester mo, a few of us felt the same thing and our OB said totally fine. The itchiness might be from stretching skin or just hormonal changes, but since you're preggy, I'd still suggest mentioning it sa next check-up mo just to be sure, okay?
