Honestly, I think it's worth taking if you can, lalo na FTM ka pa! A few of us tried both, nag-YouTube lang kami initially, pero parang different pag may actual instructor na makakapag-guide sa breathing techniques and answer your specific questions in real-time, you know? Most hospitals recommend starting around 28-32 weeks so you have time to practice, and honestly ang partner mo din makakabenefit kasi alam niya what to expect and how to support you during labor. But if budget is tight or schedule doesn't allow, YouTube can definitely help, just try to at least do a live class or kahit one-on-one session para may personal guidance.
