Mama, best to ask your dentist or OB about this one kasi bawat mama's situation is different, some of my mum friends waited until 6 months after delivery, especially if they're still breastfeeding, pero iba-iba talaga depende sa healing and kung gaano kalaki ang procedure. Your dentist can check kung okay na yung gums mo and advise kung kailan safe, kasi may connection din sa hormones pa after giving birth eh!
