Poops after birth

Ay, kasama mo kami sa struggle na yan! Honestly, it took me almost a week before I had my first proper poop after birth kaya don't worry kung delayed ka, super normal dahil sa pain, meds, at ang trauma sa katawan mo. A few of my mum friends said they were terrified din kasi ng stitches or hemorrhoids, but drinking lots of water, eating fiber (dried fruits, oatmeal), at light movement really helped speed things up. If it goes beyond a week or kung sobrang painful, definitely check with your OB na lang para peace of mind, pero yung feeling na takot ka mag-push ay totally valid at common sa lahat natin!
