White discharge

Ilang araw na akong may white discharge its just like a milky white discharge this is unusual than before. I don’t know what it is. I had unprotected sexual intercoure. I am confused if i’m pregnant or this is just an infection but it is not itchy nor burning and no smell. I read some article that it is a sign of an early pregnancy but how can i claim that i am pregnant my expected memstruation is 23. Please help me.
