Alamak, PJJ memang challenging untuk couple yang baru kawin and trying to conceive! Honestly, a few of my mum friends yang in LDR or PJJ setup diorang plan je la timing around ovulation, so kena track cycle, and then maximize the time together lah, even if it's just weekends atau cuti. The thing is, stress dari PJJ tu boleh affect fertility jugak, so try to stay calm and don't pressure yourself too much, some of my friends took 6-12 bulan lebih lama sebab stress. Kalau PJJ situation tu long-term, maybe consider both of you go for fertility check-up just to make sure everything's okay on both sides, tapi honestly, consistency, timing, and reducing stress adalah the main things you can control right now!
