Breastfeeding

Haha totoo yan, first few months parang walang hands ka na! One of my mum friends said she literally ate with one hand while pumping or feeding, kaya Grab and Food Panda became her best friends, honestly yan talaga ang reality ng early breastfeeding, lalo na kung solo ka or hubby is working. The good news is after a few months mas nagiging natural na kaya mas manageable na kahit kumain ka, pero yung first trimester ng breastfeeding journey talaga ay demanding talaga sa lahat ng aspect, not just emotionally kundi physically pa. Laban lang mama, it gets easier!
