kung sa tingin nyo po dehydrated kyo like dark yellow to orange na ang pee, you might need to increase water intake. Then you'll see kung mppdalas na din po ang pag ihi nyo. 36 weeks here,usually i get up 4-5x sa buong mgdamag kaya putol2 minsan ang tulog po. 😌😊
