If i sterilize 10 milk storage bottles at 1 go, leave it to air dry and keep. Can i stil use it gradually at my own pace?

Yes, sure. Maybe keep the dry ones in an air tight container then or cover in a drying rack. Leaving them out uncovered defeats the purpose of sterilizing
