Aw, I totally get the excitement at takot, lagi yan! But honestly, for anything about opening your cervix or prep for IE, best talaga magttanong ka directly sa OB mo on Saturday, kasi alam nila ang exact situation mo. A few of us moms nag-share na yung doctor namin mismo ang nag-guide sa amin on what's safe to do before check-ups, kaya mas okay.
