Aww mama, CS is really common dito sa Pinas and honestly maraming successful stories, hindi ka nag-iisa sa journey na ito! A few of my mum friends had CS din for the same reason, and they said the before part is nerve-wracking pero doable (just follow preop instructions ng hospital talaga), then after mo, expect pain and soreness for a week or two, pero with proper care and rest, okay lang, marami kaming tumutulong sa bahay para hindi mabigat gawin habang nasa recovery period. Best advice ko is handa-handa ka ng comfortable clothes (loose maternity pants okay), pain meds as prescribed, at extra pillows para sa support pag natutulog ka, tapos marami ka talagang kelangan pahinga at tulong from your partner or family kasi hindi mo kayang mag-isa agad hehe, pero mama, kung may specific concerns ka about the surgery mismo or health conditions mo, better to discuss with your OB kasi sila ang makakasagot ng accurate about your particular case, okay?
