Eh sayang, soalan nie really important lah, darah tinggi masa pregnant memang kena monitor closely! Definitely kena jumpa doctor KK kamu regularly and follow their advice je, sebab they know your full medical history. A few of my mum friends yg ada hypertension masa pregnant, dorang mostly depend on the medication doctor prescribe and diet adjustments (less salt, more rest, etc), supplements kena clear dengan doctor dulu lah, some can interfere with blood pressure meds.
