Honestly, I'd suggest you call the labour ward at Hospital Melaka directly, they usually have a checklist specifically for their facility, sebab each hospital ada different requirements sedikit. But from what a few of my mum friends did when they gave birth in Melaka, they brought: baby's first outfit (2-3 pieces, newborn and 0-3 months size), blankets, diapers, mittens, and a few onesies, plus your own maternity pad, toiletries, and important documents. The hospital usually provides a lot of things, but better safe than sorry kan!
