Breech Baby at 28 Weeks

I am worried mmy here. My fourth & never had a bby in Breech position at the 28th week before. Was wondering if this is normal? Any tips or advice to turn bby head down?

Yes, excersise you can search on YouTube. My baby was breached and after working my best to get her to face down she finally did. Swimming helps too
