Breech Baby at 28 Weeks

I am worried mmy here. My fourth & never had a bby in Breech position at the 28th week before. Was wondering if this is normal? Any tips or advice to turn bby head down?

Most of the time by 32 weeks onwards baby's head will turn down. Both of my kids by 34/36 weeks baby's head turn down. No tips but more of walking, talking.
