Light bleeding after walking around 17000 steps

Hi. I am at week 5, and today i requires to walk quite a lot and come back home to notice I have light spotting. It is normal? Or should I worry? This is my first baby after waited up to 7 years :( #bleeding #lightspotting #vaginalbleeding
