blood in stool

I was toilet training my boy, and i saw fresh red blood on his stool. Im going to the clinic later (coz i hv severe coughs, in the 1st place), to ask the doc if it's anything alarming.. but, how do i deal with this?

You should go see the Dr first and asks for the Dr's advice on how you should deal with it..

Yeah... good this is, time dia berak tu, xde sakit2 or anything... tp panik jugak la, nmpak darah...
