Milk supply suddenly reduced

I was an oversupply mum. Had fever since last 3 days.. and ever since then.. my milk supply has reduced by more than half. Is it common mummies? Also will I get my supply back after recovering? How to get back my supply? #breastmilk #breastmilkBaby #BreastmilkBestMilk

my supply dipped too when I fell sick. I managed to get it back up in 1 week by taking tonic soup everyday and doing power pump twice a day and making the pump session longer. jiayou mummy and take care! btw I found green bean soup very effective for increasing milk. you can try it too!

thank you mummy:) I pumped regularly despite low supply.. regained back my supply when I recovered :)
