Milk supply suddenly reduced

I was an oversupply mum. Had fever since last 3 days.. and ever since then.. my milk supply has reduced by more than half. Is it common mummies? Also will I get my supply back after recovering? How to get back my supply? #breastmilk #breastmilkBaby #BreastmilkBestMilk

Hi mama, it’s normal for your supply to dip when you’re ill. Just pump and feed as per normal (do not skip pumps just because the amount dropped ya) and most importantly drink more water. Your supply will go back up after you recover.
