1st time mom

I Just want to know if I have someone na same po ng condition. Im in 6weeks My hemorrhage po ako sa uterus. Pero walang bleeding or spotting at all. Then wala pang nakitang fetal sac sa matres ko. Under medication po ako ng duphaston for a month. 1st time mom. And Im worrying.
