I want to buy my niece her first floater and swimsuit but I can only shop near my office. Are there any stores in the Makati area I can check out?

Good idea on the floater! I would suggest Toys R Us! There are two of them that I know of in the Makati area. One is in Greenbelt 5 and the other is in Rockwell Powerplant Mall. Though, i'm sure you could easily find floaters in other toy stores as well!
