something little bigger than other

hi i want to ask with mommies..my son had a right chest little bigger than other n when it touched nothing hard inside n he was normal active all this time. I asked the doctor who said it was an excess of hormones that would disappear. but until he was one year old he still had the same shape. was there a mummy who experienced it?
