BABY OIL For TUMMY is it safe po ba?

I used Johnsons Baby oil sa tummy ko to keep it moisturized to prevent stretch marks is it safe po ba mga mommy? Nabasa ko po kasi to lessen daw yung visibility ng stretch marks keep your skin hydrated/moisturized since hindi po ako sure what Lotion is safe I use baby oil na lang but Im NOT using it everyday naman po.
