Anak, I'd really recommend seeing your pedia or going to the clinic soon, a newborn with cough needs to be checked out properly to make sure everything's okay sa lungs niya. Better to be safe, lalo na with phlegm involved kasi baka may fluid or something that needs attention. Praying she feels better soon!
