I recently see some new ingredients in formula milk like sphingomyelin, 2'-FL and etc. Any idea what are those?

Yah, my doctor also mentioned 2'-FL too. You can go a simple search online. I read on the S26 site that sphingomyelin can help to support brain connections while 2'-FL can help immunity.
