Confused?

I need advice from anyone who has knowledge on this matter. I'm a non Muslim. Sy tidak berkerja. Suami saya askar. I realise his penama on LTAT doesn't have my name. Only my mother in law and father in law. My father in law dah meninggal. So if my husband doesn't change the penama what will happen to the money?
