I m having my first period after give birth and lo is 4 month now , may I know if my breastmilk will drop? And If it drop , will I be able to increase it back?

Based on my experience, I had my period 6 months later after I gave birth, my breast milk doesn’t change at all. Just continue your regular healthy diet and lots of water. I’m breastfeeding my 32 months old son until now.
