Felt warm and aching cramps on my lower abdominal to my back at 3 weeks.

I would like to understand if its normal to feel slightly warmer with aching cramps on my lower abdominal. My pregnancy test was positive but i just felt warm below throughout the day. Is this normal?

Mine now started to feel like the symptoms disappear. i dont feel it at all now. I just reach 4 weeks today. A little worried too when ur symptoms are no longer there. But i checked again im still positive pregnancy 🥹

Me too.. Im checking daily and monitoring my situation too.. But the cramps are bad
