Pa help naman po please Late by 4 days

I am late by 5days then in my 6th day i was bleeding not my normal period it was light not heavy but it has a small clots am i pregnant?

Ganyan din po ako nung last sept. delay din po ko ng 5 days nakailang PT na ko pero negative.. Tapos nung pang 6days un nagkarun na ko.. Mahina nga lang ung mens ko nun.. Pero now preggy na 4weeks&5days
