Which Paracetamol safe for pregnancy

Can i know which paracetamol is safe for pregnancy? Noted that only the normal panadol is allowed however, at shops, the normal one is only the white box “with optizorb”. Can anyone recommend me where to buy the normal or safe for pregnancy? Or do i need to get from pharmacy
