Concern of ointment

Hi all. I have a urgent question to ask. Im 14 weeka pregnant, and since yesterday I have a severe pain on my right hand so I used this ointment (Counterpain) . (3 times) chatgpt is saying i shouldn't use this ointment unless doctor suggests.. Please anyone who has any idea, it is really harmful? I have washed my hand now with soap but its too late.. Not sure what to do now. #f1rstimemom
