How to know if when we want to stop bf

Do i have to see dr to stop it or i just left it be as my bf keep dripping out...hmmm i need help

You can either request pills from your gynae/GP or don’t empty your breast entirely. Start by hand expressing till comfort (DO NOT EMPTY). Then slowly drag the hours. Eg 4 then 5 so on and so forth. Eventually your supply will drop.
