I have no clue about essential oils and it's benefit...where do we start from? How to ensure that we use the right oils for kids immunity? it's more of prevention of falling sick or soothing only? Need to learn to use it cautiously too. Is it addictive if eventually stop using it? tks vm

I learnt about essential oils from reading mommy blogs -- there are a lot of conflicting views and thoughts regarding the use of essential oils on babies and children.
