Spotting in 7 weeks

I had a spotting yesterday when I woke up in the morning and because I was so worried I immediately consulted the OB she can not explain what happened. She just give me duphaston. Please any can tell what should I do? to prevent miscarriage. I have a history of two miscarriages already. Btw I’m 7 weeks pregnant. Please heelp. thank yoou
