possitive pt and blood test but no sac found in ultrasound

i had a positive result in urine and blood in pregnancy..the first date of my LMP is Dec. 17 2019..i was indergo by an ultrasound and the doctor said that there was no sac found and i am bleeding for almost a week..what possible case happen to me?
