I just give birth 3 weeks ago and I try to latch my baby whenever there's demand unless my She is asleep . It seems i will start to have milk leak and my breast is very full and painful every 2 hrs apart. Does mummy have the same issue?How to cope if I am to return work as I believe I could not afford to pump every 2 hrs ?

I have discharge from breast from mid of 7th month. is it normal? also I have pain in pelvic area .anybody have any idea?
