I just give birth 3 weeks ago and I try to latch my baby whenever there's demand unless my She is asleep . It seems i will start to have milk leak and my breast is very full and painful every 2 hrs apart. Does mummy have the same issue?How to cope if I am to return work as I believe I could not afford to pump every 2 hrs ?

It's normal during 1-2 mths after delivery. My aupply dropped a little to accommodate to my son's schedule after 3 mths. When back to work, pump 2x or 3x depending if yr boss allows. You can still maintain yr milk supply.
