Not baby/child related post.

I just found out that I've been cheated on by my husband. I'm not the jealous, loud, or vocal type of person. I'd rather keep it to myself than voicing it out. I don't know why, I don't want to confront him. It's not that I am afraid of leaving him for what he did but I'm hoping he'll change and he's going to stop eventually, now that we have a little one. But if he continues, I'll have to decide for myself and for my child. Doesn't need an advice but if you'd like to, it's fine for me. I just want to vent this feeling somewhere safe and not thru my social media accounts.

Ay mama, I'm really sorry you're going through this, that's such a heavy thing to carry alone, and I'm glad you felt safe enough to share it here. Honestly, a few of us moms have been in situations where we've kept quiet hoping things would change "for the baby's sake," but what I learned from my circle is that staying silent sometimes sends the message that it's okay, and it weighs on you the most. You deserve to be honest with yourself first, whether that means eventually talking to him or making decisions quietly for your own peace, because your little one needs a mama who's emotionally okay, hindi stressed and stuck in hoping. Whatever you decide, don't let the "maybe he'll change" feeling trap you into accepting what hurts; that's the important part. Sending you strength, and remember you're not alone in this feeling even though it might feel isolating right now.
