Anyone who's experienced the same? Dental swelling

I am experiencing I'm not sure if tooth pain or gum pain po. My lower second molar ay may butas na. It's no longer bleeding, but may throbbing pa din po minsan. The pain radiates to my ear but more painful around my jaw po. Also, swollen po ang aking lymph nodes and masakit po ngumuya. May pain po when I put pressure on the tooth, minsan wala din po. Nagpa-check na po ako ng ngipin ko last May 20 and binigyan lang po ako ng Mefenamic and Clindamycin which I took for a week, then 4 days after (last Friday afternoon) sumakit po ulit, and this time continuously na po and is getting worse (I think). Going 5 months postpartum po this Thursday and duda ko po may infection na and I can't wait for 3 more days. I am taking paracetamol and mefenamic to somehow relieve the pain po. And I am planning to have my tooth extracted this Thursday po sana as per the dentists' advise na mag wait til mag 5 months bby ko. But di ko na po kaya Ang sakit as of now. Will visit another dentist this time but Di ko rin po sigurado if bubunotin in this case.
