I eat spicy food with coke at 11pm and I pump out my milk at 3.30am. Must i throw away the milk or I can feed my LO with the milk?

Personally, I feel is ok coz I drink coffee once a day n feed bb a couple of hours later. Both my kiddos grew up fine.
