pure Chinese speaking preschool

I don't see much discussion on this in forums. There are some pure Chinese speaking preschool at selected outlets from mindchamps. But I am looking out for more affordable pure Chinese speaking preschool, not more than 1000 per month. If there are any in the east side, can share please
