Inconclusive NIPT
I did my NIPT on week 10+2 and results shows inconclusive.. anyone experience it too 😔

Aiyoh don't stress too much first, I know how scary that word "inconclusive" can feel! My friend went through something similar around 10 weeks and her gynae explained that the fetal fraction (basically how much baby DNA is in the sample) can sometimes be too low that early, so a retest a week or two later actually came back with a clear result. Someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned that her OB referred her to a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist plus a genetic counsellor after her inconclusive result, she said the counsellor was really helpful in explaining the trade-offs between waiting to retest versus going straight for a more invasive confirmatory test like CVS or amnio. There's also the Level 2 detailed ultrasound route which a few mums found reassuring as an in-between step, gives you more information without being invasive, though of course it doesn't replace the full chromosomal picture. So honestly there are a few paths, and each one has its own pros and cons depending on how far along you are and how anxious you're feeling, no single "right" answer here lah. Definitely worth going back to your gynae or asking for a referral to a specialist to talk through what makes the most sense for your specific situation!
