Not enough milk

I just counted all the milk i have in fridge and freezer and i realised it can only feed my lo for 4days, 125ml each feed 5x a day... pumping a 110ml at minimum for both sides is not enough. how to increase milk supply? or should i let it be and switch to formula once it's not enough? ive thought of stopping my milk production as well as it's very exhausting to keep pumping and sometimes I'm unable to pump every 3hourly as well.
