Creamy Chunky Caldereta
I𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭: * Boneless Chicken cut into 1x1 1/2 inches * Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix * 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil pouch (50g) * 2 cups water * 1 tbsp. Garlic, crushed * 1 pc (80g) Onion, chopped * 1 pc (70g) Tomato, chopped optional * 300g potatoes, Diced * 80g Bell Pepper, Cut into 1 inch triangle * 75g frozen green peas * 1/2 cup Fresh Milk (added for creamy version) 𝐏𝐫𝗼𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞: 1. In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic, onion and tomato. Add chicken and stir-fry until edges of meat has browned 2. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix and water, Let it boil. Add carrots and potatoes. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender 3. Add red bell pepper and green peas. Cook for another three minutes. Serve for classic red version. 4.
