Bleed twice

I bled in week 12 and again in week 16 (now). Doc can't seem to find the source of problem. Anyone has any idea? Thank u.

I bleed on the 6 weeks 7 weeks and 8 week tummy pain. cramp during first trimester was told to bed rest totally. took the jab and medication and I gave birth at 36 weeks. it could be our body not strong enough for Chinese believes
