I accidentally slipped and fell, but there is no bleeding, but I feel sore in my back. Do I need to see a doctor? I am 12 weeks pregnant.

See your gynae immediately if you see bleeding or you feel something is not right. Otherwise I think you can observe first. Back sore might be cause you accidentally pull your back as you fall.
