Doctor can’t see anything!

Hi, i am 5 weeks pregnant, hcg level 3000+ ,but doctor could see nothing when doing the scan! should i be worried?😱

    Still early. Even at 7 weeks, the nurse had to do Vaginal scan to see my baby clearly. If you refer to the app, at 5 weeks, the baby is tiny like a tadpole. Hehe
