Down there feeling uncomfortable
I am at 37 weeks and my down there is feeling really really uncomfortable. How to vheck if im already dilating? I can't keep track of my contractions.

Contractions will be pain just like menses cramp but at your back. It will be from mild to tense. This happened when your waterbag starts to leak bit by bit. You will not know if your are dilating unless you go to the hospital and they will check on cervix opening. Sometimes you feel pain because baby's head might be engaged in birth canal and ready for labour anytime nearing to date.
