Too much movement?

I am 32 weeks with my 2nd baby, and it’s a girl. (My pregnancy with boy was entirely different so can’t depend on my own experience). The thing that’s worrying me is too much movements at times. Everyone says by this time baby must have a pattern, yes she has a pattern for night. Kind of night time routine. Evening when I have tea, she’ll move, then her gymnastics training starts during our prayer time to bed time. She somehow likes that time, might be because whole family is together. The issue is that she doesn’t have much pattern other than the above time. During the day she’s almost inactive or very low movements, but in between suddenly one day at a random time she starts moving fast and with force. It’s worrying for me, she will continuously kick and move for about 10 minutes at times. I have heard that sudden increase in movement is also something I should look for. Is this something my doctor should know? I am worried thinking if she’s trying to let me know that she’s not happy in there somehow.

Honestly baby movements can vary a lot between pregnancies and even between boy/girl 😅 Usually doctors are more concerned about reduced movement rather than active baby. Some babies just very energetic in the womb 😂 Especially after meals, cold drinks or at night. As long as movement pattern stays consistent and you’re not noticing a sudden decrease, it’s generally reassuring. But if the movements suddenly become frantic + painful or then suddenly very quiet after, can just monitor closely or call your obgyn for peace of mind
