Honestly lah, I haven't tried the app-controlled ones myself, but a few of my mum friends who pump at the office swear by the ones with good suction control, jadi takde la rasa sakit or leaking everywhere when you're in meetings! The wearable pumps memang convenient sbb hands-free, tapi most of us pakai the traditional electric ones pasal better control and faster emptying, especially if you're pumping 3-4 times sehari at work.
